Ingredients: for 2 loaves of bread 做2条面包的材料
2 lbs flour (8 cups) 8杯面粉

Put yeast in the warm water, wait for 10 minutes for bubbles.

Mix everything but flour. Mix them well.

Knead the dough
揉面团。
Let the dough rise about 1 hour
发面团,等1小时。
Shape the dough.
给面团造型。
Second rising about 20 minutes
第二次发面团,约20分钟。
Bake for 15-20 mins (mini loaves of bread) at 450 degree.
烤面包。在450°的烤箱中烤15-20分钟。
Eat bread!
